Explore the beautifully rugged shoreline of the Strait of Juan de Fuca with the majestic Olympic Mountains as a backdrop. This adventure provides great opportunities for seeing a wide variety of coastal wildlife, from bald eagles soaring overhead to zooming kingfishers diving into the waves. Colorful sea stars, anemones, and urchins adorn the jagged lava rock as skittish flatfish and serene jellies swim below the surface of the crystal clear water. Curious river otters and harbor seals often make an appearance as well, delighting guests with their playful behavior.
